C3Motorsports utilizes a flat-rate shipping system that is based on the average size/weight of various products to calculate approximate shipping costs all across the country. In some instances, the system will over-estimate charges depending on zip codes and multiple parts orders etc. This may happen until the system is up and running for a few months and the charges are more streamlined. Of course any charges that are more conservative than the actual shipping costs you can keep and no additional compensation will be required. In the event our system erroneously over-charges you due to a shipping miscalculation please feel free to contact us anytime at : billing (at) c3motorsports.com or by calling the shop at +1 (916) 792-8102 and we will take care of your refund immediately.

Refunds will be granted on any part shipped in error or that is incorrect for any reason on our part and the correct part shipped out at no additional charge. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any items returned or refused for any other reason(No returns on electrical items). No returns will be granted on special-order parts. As always, every situation is different and we will handle each on a case-by-case basis and do our best to deliver you the utmost in customer service.

ALL Warranty claims will be handled by the manufacture. C3 Motorsports does not directly warranty any item unless otherwise noted. It is solely up to the manufacture to honor a warranty claim, C3 Motorsports assumes no responsibility. 

There are no refunds on electrical / electronic units / devices. These are done on an exchange basis only. The item will only be exchanged for the same item (part number).
